Holly spent the day at Christ the King Elementary School in Lubbock, TX in December.

was at ease with all our students, from the primary children on up to the
older intermediate students. Holly was very capable at blending storytelling
with subtle moral lessons from her stories; entertaining, teaching, but

Best-selling children's author Holly Bea wants to visit your school, bookstore, church, library or special gathering! Parents, grandparents, kids, librarians and teachers love her award-winning books.
She's available for:

Holly gives a dynamic, exciting presentation which
gives children a look behind the scenes of a working author. They'll
learn how a book is conceived and written, how books get published,
what it's like to be a professional writer, and so much more. Younger
students will enjoy an interactive storytelling experience (pre-K-2nd),
while older students (3rd-5th) will learn more about writing as
a career, from writing and producing television commercials to writing
magazine articles, newspaper ads, books and consumer packaging.
Holly prefers to present to groups of 50 or less, so the experience is
more personal for the kids. Her presentations are 30-40 minutes
in length. When presenting Lucy Goose Goes to Texas,
she incorporates facts about Canada geese, their migration, and lessons about
teamwork and cooperation.

If appearance is outside the Front Range area of Colorado, additional costs
include lodging and travel expenses. She loves to “cluster” schools in
an area, so they can share these expenses, making it very affordable.
